Media storage

Estimate videos and photographs are stored in a private, non-public folder. Secure review links are limited in duration. Uploaded media is automatically scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless it must be retained longer to complete an active repair or comply with legal obligations.

Calls and text messages

If you provide your phone number and consent, Pearl Pass PDR may call or text you about your estimate request or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. We do not sell your phone number or use this consent for unrelated marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the business, communicate with you, store information securely, or comply with law.
